BÁVARA HISTORY

TROPICAL BAVARIAN GIN

The name 'BÁVARA' has its origin in the story of Juan Espinoza Bávara. Bávara was an inexhaustible social activist in Sinaloa and Nayarit who participated in the founding of the Constitutionalist Liberal Electoral Committee, which laid the foundations for the Political Constitution of the United States of Mexico.

Generations later, his fighting spirit is still alive in his family, manifesting itself in a passion for entrepreneurship.

'BÁVARA Gin' was born from the love of the characteristic flavors of Mazatlán, the Pearl of the Pacific. Rich, refreshing, and relieving flavors, like looking for a nanchi raspado in the square to combat the muggy heat of a summer day.

Using traditional distillation methods, we extract the essence of the nanchi to give way to an original gin. Its other notes of pear, banana and lychee make it ideal to transport your palate to the beach and feel the freshness of a dip in the sea.
